Event Details

Get your bird calls ready and come celebrate spring with EPIC!

Travis Audubon is sharing their exclusive 690-acre preserve, Baker Sanctuary, with EPIC members for a scenic hike and bird watching tour led by some of our very own qualified EPIC members. The Sanctuary is not only an important Golden-cheeked Warbler haven, but it’s also a beautiful and historic plot of land protected by a conservation easement. After the hike, we’ll eat a picnic lunch provided by HCC while basking in Baker’s blooming natural habitat - you'll also get a peek at the original Baker family cabin and cemetary!
